1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Kpop KungKung, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Account Registration

When creating an account or logging in via third-party providers (e.g., Google OAuth), you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products, Pricing & Pre-Orders

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product Condition: Official K-pop photocards and albums are verified authentic. Minor outer box/sleeve press marks occurring during international transit are not considered defects.
• Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as official stock arrives at our UK distribution hub. Estimated delivery dates are subject to manufacturer release schedules.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer UK standard delivery and InPost Locker pickup services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Kpop KungKung is not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes or courier exceptions outside our control.Check our delivery and returns policy for more information.

5. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with UK Consumer Rights, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their package. Items must be unopened, unsealed, and in original brand-new condition. Sealed albums that have been unsealed or photocards removed are non-refundable.Check our delivery and returns policy for more information.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, original content, design layouts, and code on this platform are the intellectual property of Kpop KungKung. Artist names, group trademarks, and official album imagery belong to their respective entertainment agencies.
